Since the Hebrew calendar is now dynamic and can change each month due to the Mitzvah of Kiddush HaChodesh, we need another stable system to use for scheduling events. Use a format like "Tuesday, Parshas Vayikra". But note that the Parsha itself is subject to change depending on leap years and holidays. אפשר לכתוב את היום בשבוע ואת הפרשה, לדוגמא "ג' ויקרא". אך דא עקא, שגם הפרשה עצמה עשויה להשתנות בהתאם לעיבור החודש.
Use the current calendar, just add a special identifier so there is no confusion with the official calendar, e.g. you can write "2 Nissan (old calendar)". להשתמש בלוח העברי הנוכחי ולהוסיף "לפי לוח הישן", וישתמשו בתאריכים החדשים רק עבור החגים.
