Since the Hebrew calendar is now dynamic and can change each month due to the Mitzvah of Kiddush HaChodesh, we need another stable system to use for scheduling events. Should we use the secular calendar for day to day use? בשל קידוש החודש על פי הראייה, הלוח העברי נעשה דינמי ויכול להשתנות בכל חודש. לצורך קביעת מועדים לאירועים, אנו זקוקים למערכת זמנים אחרת, יציבה יותר.

Use a format like "Tuesday, Parshas Vayikra". But note that the Parsha itself is subject to change depending on leap years and holidays. אפשר לכתוב את היום בשבוע ואת הפרשה, לדוגמא "ג' ויקרא". אך דא עקא, שגם הפרשה עצמה עשויה להשתנות בהתאם לעיבור החודש.
Use the current calendar, just add a special identifier so there is no confusion with the official calendar, e.g. you can write "2 Nissan (old calendar)". להשתמש בלוח העברי הנוכחי ולהוסיף "לפי לוח הישן", וישתמשו בתאריכים החדשים רק עבור החגים.
Just to clarify my previous suggestion, week numbers will go by year. So, "Sunday, week 15 5787" etc. When Rosh Hashana is in the middle of the week, the week reset will still be on Sunday. On the one hand I like Moshe Yehuda's response, however as he mentioned the Parsha is subject to change. Therefor I'd suggest to use week numbers instead like "Sunday, week 13", etc. Week numbers will go by year. So, "Sunday, week 13, 5787" etc. When Rosh Hashana is in the middle of the week, the week reset will still be on Sunday. Example: If Rosh Hashana is on a Thursday, than week 2 will start on 4th of Tishrei.
For most things this should work, however things that are directly connected to the actual holidays and Rosh Chodesh would have to be confirmed closer to.
Regardless, using a secular calendar wouldn't help for those things either....
